Mr. Richard Turner is a 20 year veteran of the largest and most comprehensive resort developments operating in 27 countries known as the Egyptian Resort Company. He has developed and managed fully integrated developments for private, public, and institutional investors.

Mr. Turner has been actively involved in developing over $14 billion dollars of real estate in a very diverse property spectrum, including hotels, resorts, golf and country clubs, shopping centers and malls, serviced apartments, residential communities, canal developments and major infrastructure projects. He has experience of operating in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Burma, USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, The Middle East, Australia, South Pacific, and Africa.

Mr. Turner was also a key advisor to the former Prime Minister of Singapore on real estate in developing markets and continues to advise Government Ministers for development and technology in Asia and APEC.

Mr. Turner has a Masters Certificate International Business University of Herriot Watt, Edinburgh School of Business and is a former top 500 world ranked tennis professional on the international circuit in the USA and Europe.
