John Copelyn is the CEO and Chairman at Online Gaming Systems Ltd. He became the CEO at Johnnic Holdings Ltd. in 2006. He has been the Chief Executive Officer at Hosken Consolidated Investments Ltd since 1997 and also serves as its Executive Director. During 1992 to 1994, he was the CEO at Zenzeleni Clothing.

Furthermore, Mr Copelyn is a member of the Investment Committee at Blue Wolf Capital Management LLC and is the Non-Executive Chairman at MIDI TV Limited and Mettle Ltd. He serves as a director at Online Gaming Systems Ltd. and Seardel Investment Corp. Ltd.

From 1994 - 1997, he served as an elected member of the South African Parliament. In addition, he has held numerous positions at South African trade unions, including time serving on the Central Committee at the Congress of South African Trade Unions. A licensed attorney in South Africa, he attended the University of Witwatersrand and the University of South Africa.
