Mark Angelson joined the Executive Board of MidOcean Partners in 2004 and became Chairman of MidOcean Partners in 2007.

Previously, Mr. Angelson was CEO of RR Donnelley and led the effort that transformed the printing industry, combining RR Donnelley and other leading firms in the Americas, Europe, and Asia and creating the world’s largest provider of printing and related services.

Before serving as CEO of RR Donnelley, Mr. Angelson served as CEO of Moore Wallace, and was the principal architect of the merger of RR Donnelley and Moore Wallace and the earlier merger of Wallace and Moore, where he served as nonexecutive Chairman and Lead Independent Director.

Mr. Angelson began his career as an international lawyer, participating in the development of successful law offices in Singapore, New York, and London. Mr. Angelson graduated from Rutgers College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and from Rutgers Law School.
